Marc Kopf – ESR 1
Marc Kopf received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), Hamburg, Germany in 2017 and 2020, respectively. During his studies, he particularly enjoyed doing computational electromagnetics in context of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). After spending some time in the world of startups where he developed naval AIS IoT receivers for green shipping, he joined Eternity at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e).
About Marc’s Research in Eternity
Marc’s research within the Eternity project focuses on the characterization of electromagnetic interference impact and profile of medical devices, both in terms of susceptibility and emission. He aims to make life easier for suppliers, manufacturers and users when introducing new devices or solving old problems so that medical technology will be more reliable and safer for patients.
